Shipping FAQs
1. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–10 business days from our facility. We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.
2. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.
3. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check that your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
4. What should I do if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit?
Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost items, or damages during shipping. For any delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
5. My tracking says “delivered,” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to the shipping provider directly to investigate. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens after your package leaves our facility.
Shop AG Returns & Refunds
1. Can I return or exchange my abaya?
All purchases from Shop AG are Final Sale. Our abayas are crafted in limited-edition styles and prints, making each piece unique. Because of this exclusivity, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
2. Why are returns and exchanges not available?
Each abaya at Shop AG is part of a limited collection. Once a style sells out, it’s often not restocked. This limited availability is what makes our designs so special—but it also means we can't accommodate returns or size swaps.
3. How do I make sure the abaya will fit me?
All Shop AG abayas are thoughtfully designed in one size, with slight variations in length. We recommend reviewing the product descriptions and sizing details carefully before placing your order. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to help!
4. What if I receive the wrong item?
If your order arrives and it’s not what you expected, don’t worry—we’ve got you. Please email us within 3 days of delivery at shopagcommunications@gmail.com with clear photos, and our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
5. What if my abaya arrives damaged?
We’re committed to providing you with high-quality pieces. If your abaya arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at shopagcommunications@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
